They have undertaken a unique and meticulous approach to crafting their eight flavours, using real & fresh produce and special techniques. Today, you can find NON in some of the world’s, and Melbourne’s, most popular restaurants like Old Palm Liquor, Farmer’s Daughters, Nomad and Supernormal. And, most importantly, you can find it right here in their Kingston cellar door.
Founder Aaron Trotman introduced this wine-alternative in 2019 with no prior experience in the drinks industry. He had, however, experienced the elaborate concoctions of non-alcoholic drinks made by bartenders in fine dining restaurants. His vision was to lead the future of non-alcoholic drinks and create a beverage that embodies the natural flavours of wine with zero alcohol present. Despite having no experience in the industry, his strong knowledge of cosmetic science was instrumental in giving him the skills of how to blend essential oils to create fragrances. This led him to stray away from the traditional alcohol-free wine formula and take on a more perfume-based approach.
The world of NON, known by locals as NONHQ, is open for the public to experience for themselves! For only $50 per person, enjoy a guided and intimate tour through NON’s facility, meet the makers and experts behind the brand, participate in a flavour workshop and partake in an exclusive tasting.
